Key Republican on House Rules Committee plans to vote for advancing debt-limit bill

Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky said during a House Rules Committee hearing on Tuesday that he anticipated voting in favor of advancing a bipartisan debt-ceiling bill.
