BlackRock says all director nominees elected, executive pay approved

(Reuters) – BlackRock Inc (NYSE:) on Wednesday said investors elected all of its director nominees and approved its executive pay at its annual shareholder meeting, held online.

BlackRock also said three shareholder proposals each received less than 10% support at the meeting.
